Century 21: recruiting book

Challenging perceptions and raising awareness for the entire Century 21 ecosystem.

Since the rebrand, Century 21 needed to communicate everything that they now have to offer brokers and agents.

Based on the insights from collaborative workshops with corporate and agents/brokers, we were tasked with creating a book that is both informative and attention grabbing, to be sent out to all offices and potential new hires.
In order to change perceptions of the Century 21 brand, we crafted a book that would educate and inspire both new and current agents.
This was used as a recruiting tool for Century 21 offices nationwide.
